Private Exclusive listings are off-market listings on the Compass DVM network.
These listings are not public and can not be found on the MLS, or third party home search sites that aggregate and  publish real estate listings.

Compass private exclusive listing can be shared by Compass agents directly with their colleagues and their buyers. 

Private Exclusive listings allow sellers to test the market privately, gather key insights and commentary on pricing without the listing being penalized for its days on market on the MLS.
